I arrive before the platform exists. I was the first engineer hired at Zand, and built the DevOps automation the UAE's first fully licensed digital bank was delivered on. I joined Riyadh Air when it was three people and a mandate from the Public Investment Fund — no aircraft, no systems, no IT function.

Today I own the technology vision for Abu Dhabi's Saadiyat Cultural District: Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, the Natural History Museum, and the Guggenheim still to open. The work is always the same — read the constraints, build the spine, hand over something that runs without me.

What I bring is the combination: the strategic altitude to run complex programs and carry their budgets end to end, and the depth that comes from having built the technology myself. I can price a roadmap like an operator, challenge an architecture like an engineer, and deliver advanced capability without a translation layer between the two.
